Affordable rooms with private bathrooms, though they might not look as fancy as in the photos. the staff is top-notch, and you can't beat the location, it's super close to all the shops! 🛍️

We were there for 28 days, everything was outstanding, liked its practical and peaceful location just off the sky train station, kind stuff, good price, the centre and main tourist areas and lift to upper floors. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was reasonably priced.

The staff we met were not so helpful.

The location was practical and quiet for me as it was close to LOCAL eating places, frequent buses to the centre and main tourist areas and the connection line to Siam.

The room I stayed in had a private bathroom and was budget-friendly, equipped with a good air conditioner, TV, and complimentary drinks.

We were very disappointed. In fact, we left the hotel only after 1 night and moved to another hotel in Bangkok. The other hotel was more expensive, much much more comfortable. The Aiya Residence is for cheap turism...sorry, but that's the fact. When you look at your booking page and the photos of the hotel is looks very attractive and cheap. When you see it, then you realize why the hotel is cheap.

Large room, bed very comfortable (not too hard) and good air-con.. Location very good for local shops, restaurants, taxis and nearby Skytrain to central Bangkok. This hotel was far better than some of the guest reviews I read before booking.

I stayed for 4 nights and breakfast was generally good but getting a fully cook fried egg was a bit of a lottery.

The hotel's location was great, only a short walk from Wat Nak Prok, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I've been at Aiya Residence 3 times - it is good proportion between price&quality. It is 1 thing - the last BTS station is a bit far from the centre and night life, but it is OK for family.Swimming pool is amazing! Inside restaurant is perfect and not expensive. Hotel stuff is friendly.

Great hotel with spacious rooms, cleaning is not accurate because the structure is dilapidated and old. There are all the services, internet, breakfast, elevator, skiroom, room service. You can find better hotels at this price. I do not think I'll be back at the hotel.

The deluxe king room surpassed expectations with excellent facilities including a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a satellite TV, just as advertised.

Chose it for the gym, which was fine. Pool is good too.

From now on, unless you book a one of the top rooms, you will have to pay 100 baht per use of the gym. That's rubbish IMO. There are plenty of better hotels for the price, and it was really only the prospect of a decent free gym that made us choose this place instead. Otherwise it hasn't too much to recommend itself - just a sort of 'blah' hotel in the middle of nowhere pretty much. Not bad, but not worth the effort without the gym.

The swimming pool and gym was great to use. room was really comfortable and it was only 3 minute walk from sky train, in a quiet street. Really good value and the food was really good.
